Preparation / Chemical Stripping
We are able to strip paint and coatings, remove rust and carbon, de-grease, de-scale and de-bur. In addition it effectively removes rust and breaks down filler without attacking the surface of the mild steel in any way. After the contaminants are removed the shell is then completely passivated and neutralised.

Shot Blasting
We currently use a Brown Aluminium Oxide Mix (Light Medium Grit), this proves really good for light Blasting but is still effective in removing stubborn debris off metal surfaces without any aggressive after marks.

We Shot Blast all Types of work including Outside Furniture, Car and Motorcycle parts, Smaller Factory machines and Parts.

Our blasting Booth Size goes up to 1.8 Metre Squared.
